While you are oil pulling, you can read a book, cook your breakfast, pack your bag, or do whatever else you want to and then spit the oil out. At the end of this activity, the vicious oil will become milky white and thinner bringing out the toxins, not only from your mouth, but other parts of the body too.

When you mix oil and water together, they separate, but when you mix oil and oil together, they combine and the microorganisms in our body are covered in lipids or fat.
